Exchanges

  1. Eligibility: We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, contact us at lavenderandcrate@outlook.com.

  2. Process for Exchanges:

    • Contact us upon receiving your order with details of the defect or damage.

    • Upon approval, we will provide instructions for returning the defective item and ship the replacement item at no additional cost.
